For small laundries, which process up to till 700 kg/hour, a simple railsystem with 1 or 2 bufferstations is often already sufficient. Often the sorting is carried out straight in the lift or in a mobile weighing trolley, coupled against the lift. These kind of railsystems is a good alternative for a loading conveyor.
Main advantages from simple rail system against loading conveyor:
- Less space is required.
- Garanteed continuous system due to buffering system (minimum 10 bags).
- Efficienct system, because operator can keep on loading (no need to wait for next cycle).
