In the previous issue, we highlighted a complete ironing line from Jensen. In this issue we focus on single ironers and single presses, which are not part of an ironing line or a CBW system. We can, of course, combine these machines with feeders and folders or Batch washers & dryers to make them to a complete system. If you need our help on this, just contact us and we will help you design a customized solution.

This ironer is in excellent condition. It comes as a 3 roller, but can also be modified to a 2 roller if needed.
- 3 rolls, 1200mm diameter, 4000mm wide
- Year 1999
- Chests and gap pieces of top grade steel plates and annealed at a high temperature
- Extra fine polish to ensure trouble-free commissioning and a longer life for both the padding and the ironer tapes.
- EX rolls made of perforated steel with support rings welded to the inner side
- All pipe connections are flanged and are easily accessible from the left-hand side of the ironer.

Very nice 3 roll ironer with integrated Jensen Basic Feeder.
This ironer is in excellent condition. It comes as a 3 roller, but can also be modified to a 2 roller if needed.

- Vacuum under the feeding belts
- Spreading of the edges by spreading plates placed in each lane for small as well as for large piece feeding
