Texfinity offers a very nice Ironing Line from Jensen, immediately available

The ironing line, presented below, is in very good conditon. It has been professionally dismantled by Texfinity, and is now in our warehouse, ready to be shipped to its new owner.

The ironing line can be processed on 1, 2 and on 4 lanes, and is ideal for combined hotel linen, sheets, table clothes and small pieces. All machines are from 2001, and have not a lot of hours on the counter. They have been purchaed new in 2001.

Jensen EX10

Excellent Ironer, 3 roller, working width 3300mm and diameter 1000mm per roll, with the known Jensen advantages:

Chest:

Chests and gap pieces are made of top grade steel plates and annealed at a high temperature. The chests receive an extra fine polish to ensure trouble-free commissioning and a longer life for both the padding and the ironer tapes. Heavy-duty class chests, polished to high fineness give an even heat distribution and a high evaporation capacity through the multi-chamber type with turbo steam flow.

Rolls:

The EX rolls are made of perforated steel with support rings welded to the inner side. After welding, all EX rolls are machined to size.

Piping:

All pipe connections are flanged and are easily accessible from the left-hand side of the ironer.
