5 New Towelfolders recently replaced the full laundry part of a large laundry.
The 5 Texfinity folding machines and dedicated conveyor belts replaced five Jensen Butterfly Tematics.

The project consist of 5 towel folding machines (OBIFOLD premiums). In order to save manual labour, a final conveyor belt is included in the scope of supply. In order to keep the system as compact as possible, the final conveyor belt is located directly behind the rear of the towel folders.

The project consist of 5 towel folding machines (TEXFINITY TLG_2L_2C). In order to save manual labour, a final conveyor belt is included in the scope of supply. In order to keep the system as compact as possible, the final conveyor belt is located directly behind the rear of the towel folders.
Piles are transferred onto the final delivery belt. In order to avoid that piles collide which each other, sensors are applied, which check if a smooth transfer is possible, without collisions. The towel folder is provided with various buffer positions, consequently the towel folders can keep on running at maximum performance.
