T.iron - a new gas heated industrial ironer
T.iron uses flexible chests, developped, build and made by Texfinity. Texfinity takes this technology one step further and went to a research center famous for CFD analysis that visualised what nobody has ever seen before : the flow of the oil inside the chest. Computers are used to perform the calculations required to simulate the interaction of liquids and gases with surfaces defined by boundary conditions. With high-speed supercomputers, better solutions can be achieved.
The result is an amazing chest : quote from Alex, owner of Springpress "I am very excited about the concept of the ironer. The pressure is equal on the whole chest from the start, this is already an amazing result, but moreover, the springpress we need to put is all equal in hight, which is exceptional". Specialists witnessed the first test (see video below), and measured various items. All measurements were perfect, air evacuation, speed, pressure, grip, wax.

The gas heated flatwork ironer T.iron has an independant drive. This is a fantastic way to control electronically the speed of each roll without having belts or other dangerous power transmissions in the way. Texfinity knows from experience that ventilation of the motor is of very importance. A special flexible hose is connected to the motorshaft, and takes directly fresh air in.
For the best & perfect ventilation, the electric cabinet of the ironer of Texfinity is located away from the heat, with huge ventilators added realising the best cooling of the electronic components.
Independant modular air evacuation
The industrial flatwork ironer from Texfinity T.iron has modular and independant air evacuation. The constant adjustment of the succion allows for optimal energy efficiency.
Heat Exchanger efficiency, in the simplest terms, represents the difference between the energy input and energy output. The 3 pass heat exchanger of the T.iron has been identified as on of the most performant on the market, ensuring the lowest gas usage possible, for a maximum output. This only but reinforces the ECO design of the ironer.
