Garment folder
The GMF 2L-2C garment folder is a versatile garment folder, able to fold and sort all kinds of light and heavy garments like overalls, jackets, T-shirts, nightgowns and hospital clothing as well as all kinds of towels, fitted sheets etc. The GMF 2L-2C is able to sort and fold 3 or 4 different pieces per folding program, consequently pre-sorting is not required. The GMF 2L-2C is able to fold pieces up to 1800 x 1200mm.
Main characteristics:
- Primary fold(s) are made by mechanical blade.
- Cross folds are made by reversing belts in combination with air pulse.
- Feeding side at the front with vacuum device and automatic sleeve folding mechanism for feeding garments. Operator is facing the front side of the garment for perfect feeding.
- Feeding side on rear for fast feeding of all kinds of towels.
- Machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and operated via 5,6” monochrome touchscreen.
- Reliability due to simplicity of the design.
- Maximum piece dimensions: 1800 x 1200mm.
