Texfinity supplies all sorts of conveyors and the necessary automation to it. Some specific examples that tie into the re-use of tunnel batch washers (CBW) and certainly with second hand tunnel washers that previously worked with bag systems, are presented below.
We have a range of used and new step conveyors available, ranging from 4 to 8 pockets, from 35k to 70kg per pocket. To operate the conveyor and to interface with the CBW, enabling the data entry of customer codes and wash program, we built a color LCD touch screen operated controller, that facilitates the use, and measures the weight of the linen in the pockets. It interfaces with all brands of tunnel batch systems, and can simulate the earlier needed signals from the bag loading system of these CBWs.
